If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
• Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non‑refundable.
• Returns and exchanges for defects & oopsies are free of charge.

If you need a different size or color, please place a new order separately and return the original item for a refund.

How to Initiate

1. Request a Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number.

2. Return the Item
Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

3. Get Your Refund
We’ll refund your money to your card within 2–5 business days after we receive your return.
